Payment Processing Service Level Agreement

Service level agreements are also defined at different levels: this PayCore.io Gateway Service Level Agreement (this “SLA”) is a policy for the use of content services (see below) and applies separately to each account PayCore.io that uses the services contained. If there is a contradiction between the terms and conditions of this ALS and the terms of the contract PayCore.io customer or any other agreement with us regarding the use of our services (the “agreement”), the terms of this ALS apply, but only to the extent of such a conflict. The capitalized terms used in this agreement, but which are not defined here, have the meaning set out in the agreement. All customer data is owned by the distributor and the distributor grants Braintree an indefinite period of time, global and free, irrevocable, sub-licensed, sub-licensed, free, for use, reproduction, electronic distribution and display of customer data for the following purposes: (i) provision and enhancement of braintree payment services, including the collection, processing and use of customer data for braintree purposes that anti-fraud tools provide and enhance in the context of braintree payment services; (ii) internal use, including, but not limited, data analysis and measurements, provided that this customer data is anonymized and aggregated with other customer data; (iii) compliance with applicable legal requirements and assistance to law enforcement agencies by responding to requests for disclosure of information, in accordance with local law; and (iv) all other purposes for which the client has given consent. The distributor undertakes to forward all of the above notifications and to obtain all necessary consents to use Braintree`s customer data mentioned above. 2.2 Braintree must meet the requirements of data protection legislation applicable to processing managers with respect to the use of distributor data under this agreement (including, but not limited to the implementation and maintenance of all appropriate security measures with respect to the processing of distributor data and by maintaining a data set of all processing activities carried out with regard to distributor data), and must do nothing or knowingly authorize anything as far as merchants` data is concerned that may lead to a violation by the trader of data protection legislation.
