Coming (really) soon.. how to be a mangaka!! :)

A long time ago, I started writing a blog post on “How to be a Mangaka” in my old blog! It was really well received, and I was really proud of it. People ALWAYS ask me to continue it!

So I will!! Actually, I am going to rewrite it from the beginning! My perspective has changed a lot, as has my experience and writing ability (I would like to think). I think that I can do an even better job than before, so… STAY TUNED! I will be going through it step-by-step with you, as I teach you the steps that I’ve followed, what other avenues have worked with other people, and more! I’m hoping to include a few perspectives other than mine, as well!

It will start VEEEERRRRYYY soon, but I have one piece of advice to tide you over while you’re waiting:

If you want to be a mangaka,

DRAW

EVERY

DAY!

No excuses. I mean every, EVERY day. If you are pressed for time, then even the tiniest doodle counts. Just draw. draw. draaaw.

And wait for my series to start!! Soon, I promise. 🙂
