Hamburger pancakes :)

Yesterday afternoon, I met with a friend up in my old neighborhood- Kichijoji. Kichijoji is such a quaint, artistic neighborhood. In some ways, it’s really bright and vibrant, and in others, it’s a big dull. But it’s definitely one of my favorite places that I’ve lived. I guess you could say that it’s another suburb of Tokyo, but much closer to the city center than I am. ^^

We ended up going to eat at a little cafe that I absolutely adore, called, get this:

Pancake Days!!
Here is their website, it is adorable, too: http://www.pancakedays.jp/

How adorable is that??!! I Love it!! (*^-^*) I snapped a few pictures of my delicious little lunch, which was a hamburger with a fried egg, with PANCAKES AS BUNS! How cool is that??! Totally unhealthy, I’m sure, but a little bit of extra-yumminess like this is okay from time to time, right?

The pancakes even have little happy faces on them. Isn’t that cute?! Don’t you just want to eat them up?? *^-^* Aaaaaaaah, they were as delicious as they looked!! When you’re having problems with something in your life, pancake hamburgers are one of those wonderful cure-alls, for sure! 😉

I don’t have a lot of time today to elaborate on things, since I have to get ready for filming, so I’ll talk a little about what’s on my mind, tomorrow. 🙂

love,
Jamie (*^-^*)

PS: Here is the pancake site again! http://www.pancakedays.jp/
